From Embracing Unrest to
ROCK STEADY
Join a small group of participants to study with Joey Remenyi and Dr. Sandra Parker over a three month period. We will explore meeting the felt sense of 'unrest' in our bodies and we will practice listening to our inner wisdom together. This is a focused study group.
This short course includes:

🌀 Three monthly live group calls (~75 minutes) hosted by Joey and Sandra to explore felt sense

🌀 Each participant will be invited to speak live during at least one live call, so that everybody gets a chance to participate live

🌀 Invitation to a closed Facebook Study Group to ask Joey and Sandra questions, to share your insights throughout each month and for peer connection, support and ongoing learning

🌀 Access to our group call replays and further resources mentioned throughout the course
About Sandra

Sandra Parker is a registered psychologist based in Canada and the author of Embracing Unrest. She has a busy clinic for private clients with a wide range of clinical presentations.

Sandra's intentions for this short course are:

🔷 For our members to grow the capacity to approach themselves in moments of vulnerability.

🔷 To recognize the discomfort of unrest as a friend, calling us home to the body at the optimal moment for our growth.

🔷 To help people develop interoceptive (bodily sensations) awareness so they can embrace themselves when faced with uncertainty and limits to control, and stay with themselves with warm interest and non-judgment.

🔷 And, in holding this compassionate space for ourselves I hope that we also become more able to do so for others, connecting in our shared humanity.
About Joey

Joey Remenyi is an vestibular audiologist and neuroplasticity therapist based in Australia. She is the founder of Seeking Balance International, the author of ROCK STEADY the book, and the creator of The ROCK STEADY program, a comprehensive guide for healing chronic symptoms of vertigo or tinnitus.

Joey's Intentions for this short course:

🔷 To leave the course feeling a deeper sense of connection to self.

🔷 To practice using tools that help each of us listen to the wisdom of our body through felt sense.

🔷 An opportunity for each participant to form new connections with like-minded others.

🔷 And to gain an appreciation of coregulation and mirror neurons and how this can help each of us learn more about our own inner lives—a vital part of our own growth and becoming.
